Product information and prices

Availability and payment

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock. Availability and the final amount are checked on the server before payment. Payments are handled through Razorpay. An order is marked paid only after the payment is verified.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

For a direct purchase, ask the Glowzia team to confirm the delivery estimate, shipping charge, cancellation options, return eligibility and refund process for your items before ordering. Please contact the Glowzia team with your product or order details for assistance.

Professional use and product care

Salon treatments require a trained professional. Follow the product label and recommended tests. Product descriptions do not replace individual professional advice or the complete instructions supplied with the product.
