Privacy information

This storefront is operated for Glowzia Professional, a brand of KAIROSA COSMO PRIVATE LIMITED. For privacy questions or a request concerning your information, email info@glowzia.in.

Your bag and wishlist

Your shopping bag and wishlist are saved in this browser on this device. You can remove them through the store controls or by clearing the site’s browser storage. These drafts do not create an order.

Order information

When checkout is available and you submit an order, the store collects your name, email, phone number, delivery address and selected products to process the order and support fulfilment. An essential checkout cookie links your browser to your order. Order information is stored on the store’s server and access is restricted.

Payments

Razorpay handles payment entry and processing. This storefront does not collect or store full card details or UPI credentials. The store records payment references and verified payment status so the order can be processed correctly.

Sharing and communications

Information needed for payment and fulfilment may be shared with the payment provider and delivery services. Opening a WhatsApp, Instagram or email link takes you to that service. Its own privacy practices apply. We do not subscribe you to marketing through this storefront.

Retention and requests

Order records are kept as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact the team to request access, correction or deletion where available, or to ask how long information relating to your enquiry or order is retained.
